  • Hi,

We are trying to deploy the MSI package from release management client to target server using deployment agent. We are getting the below error in the deploymentagent log file when we try to deploy the package. Please let me know how to resolve this. Thank you!

  • Have got the issues resolved by enabling the monitoring service and running it under the same user as deployment agent:)

  • Hi Selva1988,

For the problem, you can check the MSI package manually before deployment to see if the pacakge is signed by a signature. Make sure the package is signed and then do the deployment via Release Management.

If the problem still exist after signed the package, please let us know the detailed scenario of your deployment process, including the package informatino, release template, environment etc. with screenshots.

    Best regards,

  • Hi Charles,

Thanks for replying. We are successfully able to deploy the same package to other environments but we are not able to deploy it to the server which is behind firewall (port 1000 has been opened and able to reach the release management client server from the target server without any problem).

Package is not signed. Will all deployment agents check for signature or is it configured at the target machine level?
