What is the difference between Access 2016 and Access 2019?

Question

At the end of last month Microsoft announced Office 2019 for general release in the US. I am in Europe and it has yet to be released here. Is there anyone who can tell me where to find the differences and improvements in Access 2019. All articles I have read about Office 2019 make no mention of changes and / or improvements to Access.

Access 2016 is Access version 16. Is Access 2019, Access version 17?

Hope someone can shed some light on the subject?

The internal version number of Office 2019 is 16.0, the same as for Office 2016.
