Adding new content types RRS feed

  • Hi all,
    we had a consultant created a few document content types, we  would like to create new types.  Can someone tell me where I would go to create new ones?

  • If you want to extend existing content type (for example Word doc or your Invoice in excel) just go to site settings (or Site Settings->Modify All Site Settings if you use server template) and then under Galleries you select "Site content types. Then just hit Create link.
