    Question

  • So I am using Cloud Storage to store files that users using my application have decided to upload.  All of my code works locally, but when the project is pushed out to my Azure Web Site it fails with the message in the Title.

    Code for getting my container:

            public async Task<IHttpActionResult> ListFiles()
            {
                try
                {
                    return this.Ok(await ListAllFiles());
                }
                catch (Exception ex)
                {
                    return this.InternalServerError(ex);
                }
            }

            private static async Task<IList<IListBlobItem>> ListAllFiles()
            {
                var container = await GetCloudContainer();
                return container.ListBlobs(null, false, BlobListingDetails.Metadata).ToList();
            }

            private static async Task<CloudBlobContainer> GetCloudContainer()
            {
                var client = CloudStorageAccount.Parse(CloudConfigurationManager.GetSetting("StorageConnectionString")).CreateCloudBlobClient();
                var container = client.GetContainerReference(ContainerName);
                await container.CreateIfNotExistsAsync();
                return container;
            }

    This code has worked fine in other areas of the site.  The issue just started happening recently.  To me it looks like there is an issue with a cert somewhere in the Azure infrastructure.

  • Hi,

    Thank you for your time and patience.

    We would request you to create a Technical Support Ticket as our engineers would need to work with you on the issue and would require more details like on the issue. This would be beyond the purview of the Forums Support.
