Message Tracking using webservice from Exchange server 2010

Question

Hi, I have encountered some dificulties when I develop the Message tracking task(in vb.net ) using webservice from Exchange server 2010 .

1) Is Possible to read all log entries from Message tracking log in Exchange 2010 using  webservice?

2) Is possible to read   the message size? if yes, please Check it Whether It was work or not?

3) Is possible to read all log entries with out using any filter options?

I have checked maximum sites ,msdn links, Exchange fourms, and Exchange SDKs.

Please share with your Ideas and thoughts.
