    I want to show a lot of big images by flip view.

    I binding the image's URL List to flip view.but before the image has been completely loaded,the flip view is blank.

    can i set same loading logo or a thumbnail image before big image loaded?

    There is no automated "use this thumbnail until the real image is loaded" type feature. Instead of binding to URLs you could bind to a collection of images, download the big images in the background, and replace them in the collection when they are ready.
