Files needed to deliver to production RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

I have created a console application. This will connect to CRM and retreives data from .svc file

    So, I have included XRM.SDK, CRM.SDK bla bla namespaces/assemblies

It is running well on my development system. I am calling the .exe from SSIS Execute Process task.

Now I need to deliver this to production.

I copied the .exe file and run from command prompt(production), getting error "could not find the file System.Data.Services, Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk all assemblies.

I am confused what files should I deliver to production? What is the procedure?

    thanks in advance.

  • Hi.

Verify in your bin/debug or bin/release folder if the missing file is present end eventually copy it near your exe in production environment.

  • Hi

Thanks for the reply. That file doesn't exist in bin\debug. I copied all the files in that folder to production and ran the .exe

I am getting error "couldn't load the file or assembly System.Data.Services"

This file doesn't exist in bin\debug
