MountAsRoot RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi all,

so far, on my system, the OS storage is a removable SD that hosts OS image and storage area. This storage area is mounted with MountAsRoot flag.

In this way I have no more file system on RAM?

The IE temporary folder/files is always written on SD?

  • You may also want to have MountAsBootable.
And if RAM FS is no longer needed, you can also set SYSGEN_FSROMONLY=1 to eliminate RAMFS.
