  • So How can we achieve the voice/video calls and also app sharing?.

I need to implement these features into my Windows 8 store apps

Is there any other options to do this in my store app other than

    1. SIP stack implementations

    2. using WCF services with Lync SDK(store certification fails when using self hosted services)

I need to implement all Lync features into my store app

Can we do with Web RTC ? because it supports voice/video calls and also app sharing, but these samples shows for browsers apps. Is it possible with Web RTC implementation in Windows Store App?

can u please give me best case to do this?

    Thanks,

    Jilani

  • The Lync 2013 SDK is the API that is targeted at voice, video, and app sharing. It supports both Silverlight and WPF solutions. I think the best you can do is create a desktop application that will run on Windows 8, as there's no API that targets windows store interface solutions.
