Microsoft Sidewinder X4's macro keys become disable when Windows 8 simulator launched

Question

I installed Visual Studio Express 2012 for Windows 8 into Windows 8 Pro 64bit. I executed debugger of the created Store App. Then macro keys on Microsoft Sidewinder X4 became disable. It shown an message "macro key not assigned", so it seems that hardware is working.

Because I am assigning the shortcut for development to macro keys, it is very inconvenient. Is there any solution?
