Microsoft Sidewinder X4's macro keys become disable when Windows 8 simulator launched

Question
-
I installed Visual Studio Express 2012 for Windows 8 into Windows 8 Pro 64bit. I executed debugger of the created Store App. Then macro keys on Microsoft Sidewinder X4 became disable. It shown an message "macro key not assigned", so it seems that hardware is working.
Because I am assigning the shortcut for development to macro keys, it is very inconvenient. Is there any solution?- Moved by Jack Zhai-MSFTMicrosoft contingent staff Monday, June 3, 2013 10:26 AM Not the VS General issue.

Hi,
Based on your description, I’m afraid that it is not the correct forum for this issue, since this forum is to discuss: Visual Studio WPF/SL Designer, Visual Studio Guidance Automation Toolkit, Developer Documentation and Help System, and Visual Studio Editor. I am moving your question to the moderator forum ("Where is the forum for..?"). The owner of the forum will direct you to a right forum.
If it is related to the SideWinder X4 Keyboard, I suggest you select the correct support forum from the following link.
