Azure portal not loading. The loading screen displays forever RRS feed

  • Today I noticed that one of my azure hosted sub-domains has been hacked by someone.

    I'm unable to login to the portal to analyze the issue the loading portal screen is displayed for a long time. There is no progress.

    Please consider this as urgent since I cant seem to log-in to account to figure out how they have hacked it.

  • Portal loaded after about 30 mins. I got the notifications.

    1. Microsoft_Azure_Insights extension failed to load
    2. HubsExtension extension failed to load

    Greetings from Microsoft Azure and apologies for the delay in responding to your query.

    The portal might not have loaded due to cache/cookies. In future, please delete the cache/cookies and try in InPrivate mode of browser and the portal will load correctly in future.

    Please restart all the services you have deployed or stop them if you will not be using it and the notifications should not come up.
