Why does the MSDN order process not work? RRS feed

  • Embarrassing...  Impossible to order online, required to call, then requires THREE days to process credit card and then send an email with a registration number.  What other software company sells software like this?

  • Same here. First order went wrong on evaluating credit card info. Talked to Microsoft on the phone, the removed the order so I could place the order again. To no avail. No message other than that I paid using my credit card. It's only 1.200 euro, so why would you even bother to get your customer some decent information. No access to the software. And I need to get back to support again...
