mobile:Command and XHTML browsers

Dose someone knows if it´s possible to render a moble:Command as a link in a cellphone with xhtml browser? I have read a litle about this and establish the fact that if the device not supporting JavaScript a button i renderd. Are some workaround avalible? Regards Kalle

If the device doesn't support javascript there is no way to render an that does a POST with all the form data. The closest thing available is the sort of "post links" used by the List and ObjectList controls, which include event target information and view state information in the query string. The difference between these "post links" and a button is that the "post links" only generate a server event -they do not post the form data. A button post is a true http POST, and the form data (textboxes, checkboxes, etc.) are available. Hope this helps answer the question.

but i cant understand

if i change preferredRenderingMime from application/xhtml+xml

preferredRenderingMime = "text/vnd.wap.wml

this render a moble:Command  as link

and if preferredRenderingMime = application/xhtml+xml

this render a moble:Command  as Button

Can I change it
