Strange #Value Error when removing Module RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

I have a spreadsheet which has some public functions created in Module 3 of VBA.  I also have a Module 7, which is completely empty.

On one of my worksheets I have many cells with formalae written in which use the public function I created in Module 3.

I decided to remove Module 7, since it was empty and wasn't needed.  However, this means that for some of the cells in my worksheet, I am getting #Value error. This is very strange because it is only some of the cells which are showing #Value error, not all of them.

I recreated a Module 7, and is if by magic I am no longer getting the #Value error.

    Anyone any ideas?

    Thanks

  • Hello,

My suggestion is we could set a breakpoint at the function which could be located through the formula bar of tha "#Value" error cell. And then step into the function to see if there's anything wrong with the total module count of the project.

    Thanks.
