MSDataSetGenerator for Linq RRS feed

I have a ton of (.NET 2.0) projects that contain Datasets defined using XSD files.  We traditionally use XSD.EXE during our build process to create C# types.  I am looking to uplift those typed Datasets to the newer Linq-compatible types (using TypedDataTable<> as a base).  But the only way to invoke the new code generator is to (after adding LInq references and upgrading the project to a .NET 3.5 target) drop/re-add each Dataset XSD file and then right-click to "Run Custom Tool".

Is there no way to do this programmatically?  I've tried XSD.EXE, but it does not seem to able to use the new code stuff.  It would be ideal to have a way for MSBuild to re-generate the code, but I can't seem to figure out how to make that happen.  Any ideas?  Thanks!
