Tutorials not working

Question
-
I had asked this question in the expression forum this morning and they todl me that the tutorials mentioned in the following are microsft tutorials.
Can you point me to the proper microsoft forum for the following:
Hi. I tried going to your tutorials at http://expression.microsoft.com/en-us/cc197140.aspx and there appears to be a problem as the videos ( I tried a few, inlcuding the following http://expression.microsoft.com/en-us/cc950443) that displayed error messages. Is this something temporary?

A few things...
You asked it in the wrong forum: http://social.expression.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/web/thread/322ff122-68de-4cb0-8016-3ba5f0dad3b2/#5c4441d2-ca85-427d-9def-323ba31f7782
I'm suggesting you ask in the forum designed for Expression site feedback: http://social.expression.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/feedback/threads
The forum you asked in is about the Expression Web product.
Second, I can't repro your bug here (no error messages): http://expression.microsoft.com/en-us/hh290947
Can you repro it? Please paste in the URLs for the video pages.
Thanks!

Moving to the Where Is forum, since this isn't a forum issue.
If you click "Site Feedback" at the bottom of those pages, you get this forum...
http://social.expression.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/feedback/threads
This is where you should ask your question.
If it's where you did ask your question, then could you reply with the link to your thread?
Thanks!

Ed:
I am totally confused. I originally asked this question in the expression web forum, and was told that this was a microsoft tutorial issue.
Not sure where I am with this request or what to do.Tuesday, July 3, 2012 12:31 AM -

Now it seems to be working. When I go there through IE 8, you have to download the file. If I go through Windows 7, it goes right to the video and this time it plays okay.
Thanks for the help
