  • Hi,

    Please try this:
      1) [Windows]+[R] and type "msconfig" (without quotes)
      2) in [Boot] tab, uncheck [Safe boot]

  • Rebuild the OS.  Re-install it. Or Recovery (back to factory).  The Boot Mgr is broken.  (Only) Re-doing the OS will fix it.

  • Try safe-mode in cmd.In cmd type: CHKDSK C: /F agree to restart,type: EXIT restart pc..Once thru,back in windows,re run cmd,in cmd type: Sfc /Scannow once thru,type: CHKDSK C: /F agree to restart,type: EXIT restart pc.If windows refuses the cmds,R.click on cmd,run as Administrator

  • I'm just repeating what I said, already. Save the time & effort of mucking about & just redo it. It's quick, painless & puts back what is amiss, in this case.
