Start Perfmon automatically after server reboot. RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I have setup perfmon on Windows 2000, 2003 and 2008 servers. I wanted to know if there is a way to start perfmon automatically after ther server are restarted for maintenance.

  • Please check scheduled time of counter in Perfon and mentioned end date  of 2 years or more depends on you .Then perfmon will get restart if server gets rebooted.

    Thanks for your response. I have schduled it to end everyday and start a new file to have one file per day. But my problem is only when there are any server maintenance (restart).

    I have anyway asked the Server team to inform me when they restart any servers but again, perfmon has to be restarted manually.

    Wanted to know if there is any way, like setting up any options in startup... to start the perfmon automatically after the server reboot.
