VSTO add-in control does not appear automatically RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

    I have implemented a VSTO word Add-in, when the user install the setup file , my add-in control does not appear until adding it from “Com Add-in” Dialog in the word option

    Is there any way to add the control automatically to the Add-in tab without going to Com Add-in?

    Thanks,

  • Hi Mtaraby,

    Thanks for posting in the MSDN Forum.

    Would you please tell me the way you used to deploy your add-in?

    And I suppose that you must have wrong registry value of LoadBehavior wasn’t set to 3 in you deployment project.

    @Ken,

    Thanks for you great work.

    Have a good day,

  • This is an Outlook forum. You might want to post a Word/VSTO question in either a Word or VSTO forum.
