HealthVault authorization page (for optional authorization), user cannot click the "Allow Access" button RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,
I created an application which is configured for optional authorization of certain datatypes. When i redirect a user to the HealthVault authorization page, the user cannot click the "Allow Access" button as it is disabled. The user will have to uncheck and then check one of the available checkboxes to enable the button. Is this a bug or is there a way to ge around this?

    Thanks,

  • Hi Arun, there is a bug in the current HealthVault environment that can cause the behavior you are seeing. It will be fixed in the next HealthVault release, expected this month. As a temporary workaround for testing purposes, you can add a required rule. Of course we wouldn't recommend you make that workaround for a production application as it would require existing users to re-auth.

  • Can you tell us what rules you have set up for the application?

  • Also - can you tell us if this is the first or subsequent authorization?
