The app was approved, but the add-on is still under review for a week RRS feed

  • Our app has been released in the store, and it has an add-on for subscription. We submitted the add-on on 1/23/2020, but now it is still under review. I ask this because it was usually very quick. I worry that is there something wrong?

    The store id of the add-on is : 9PCG7QLPJSTF

    Could anybody help? Thank you very much.

    I can't check the process of your app now. Please open a free support ticket here: Contact Us. The store team could help you to check the states of your add-on. Choose to Contact us, select Dashboard for Topic and select In-app purchase for issue type.
