Problem in configuring the Log Shipping

Question

When i try to configure log-shipping in Window Server 2003, It show the error like this
Restoring is failed for server SQLSERVER
An Exception is occurred while executing T-SQL or Batch
During the setup of warm standby database 'Sample', its standby file 'F:\Windows\System32\sample_09811675886.TFU' inaccessible to restore statement. The operating system error was 5[Access is denied] Diagnose operating system error, correct the problem and retry setup [error 3441].
Plz give suggestion to over come from this problem.

Hi Thiru,
The desination SQL Server's service account may not have required permission to access the folder in which the stand by file is located.
