  • Question

  • Hello programmers ...

    I tell you...
What I want is to create my own wizard and use it in my project
in other words, package my project in an installable exe.

I don't like to use third party packager wizards (InstallShield2015LimitedEdition) a lot.

I found this wizard in CodeProyect here:

but i don't know how to use it in my project.

I don't know, if someone could help me with this (to use it) please.

    First of all, Thanks

  • Hi JenCarlos,

    Thank you for posting here.

The library in your reference is based on .NET 2.0 which is too old.

Here's another library for easy creation of Custom Wizards.

    Windows Forms Wizard Templates

You can install the library and use it in your project.

If you need further assistance, please let me know.

Now how can I use this Aero Wizard control in my project? I have a simple image viewer.
I want to transform that project to an install (exe).
Can you help me with that please

  • Hi JenCarlos,

    Thanks for your feedback.

    >>how can I use this Aero Wizard control in my project.

Here's a document about Aero Wizard.

    >> I want to transform that project to an install (exe).

It seems that you want to make an Installation program for your application, if so,you can consider using ClickOnce which is a simple way to create installer.

Some other references you may need:

    1. Deploy .NET Core apps with Visual Studio
    2. Make an Installation program

    Hope them could be helpful.
