  • Hi OnurOzdemir58,

    Welcome to MSDN forum.

    What’s wrong? Can’t you download the Visual Studio 2019 Enterprise? What’s your Windows System? Please download the VS2019 Enterprise as below:

    If you want to install the VS2019, please refer to the following guide:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/visualstudio/install/install-visual-studio?view=vs-2019

    BTW, if you have any other issues about installing Visual Studio, please kindly share us more details or screenshots so that we can do some research. It’s better to provide us with more installation logs, you could download and run this collect.exe tool, go to %temp% folder and find the vslogs.zip file, upload it to https://onedrive.live.com/ and share the link in here. Thanks for your understanding.

    We are willing to help you further.

    Best Regards,

    Anna

    How you install the VS2019 Enterprise? Web installation or offline installation?

    Refer to the information you provided, please have a try with the following steps:

    #1. Right-click your exe file;

    #2. Select ‘Properties’;

    #3. Click the ‘Digital Signatures’ tab;

    #4. View the signature list and select the signature(Suggest that all certificates in the signature list should be installed.);

    #5. Click ‘Details’;

    #6. Click ’View Certificate’;

    #7. Click ‘Install Certificate…’.

    In addition, before installing the VS2019 Enterprise, I suggest you firstly finish the following steps:

    #1. Make sure your Windows is up to date;

    #2. Turn off any anti-virus software temporarily;

    #3. Clean %temp% folder and run the exe file as administrator.

    If this issue persists, please share us more installation logs, you could download and run this collect.exe tool, go to %temp% folder and find the vslogs.zip file, upload it to https://onedrive.live.com/ and share the link in here. Thanks for your understanding.

    Hope it helps and any feedback will be expected.
