Security Bulletin June 2012

Question

I have pushed the updates from the Security Bulletin June 2012 and our users were prompted to reboot. After the reboot was completed users were greeted with a new (Temporary) desktop after they signed back in. A second reboot has seemed to resolve the issue. Has anyone else had this issue with any of the June updates?
