VS 2012 RC and price

I am still using VS 2005.  But now consider purchasing VS 2012 upgrade.  I have a couple of questions:

1. If I download VS 2012 RC from MS site, how would I later purchase the upgrade?  Anybody knows what VS 2012 Professional Upgrade price will be?

2. Will VS 2012 coexist with VS 2005 without stepping on each other?

1- u just have to buy serial number and activate it

2- yep you can just install 2012 normally
