You need to download different version for VS 2010, Because crystal reports have different version for vs 2008 and 2010.

So download new version then add crystal reports ref in your alication.

Very simple way is that open vs 2010 and add crystal reports manutally by adding new file and it automcatilly download crystal reprts and then you can add crystal reports. So in this way you have downlaod and add necessory dll and ref in your project then try with your code. Surely it will work.

Let me know if still this is not working.

as advised earlier by amitpatel, you need to download Crystal Report for VS 2010 from  http://www.businessobjects.com/jump/xi/crvs2010/default.asp. Additionally, you cannot use your Crystal Report 2008 to build reports for Crystal Report 2010 anymore.

For Cyrstal Report hosting, you can check asphostcentral.com. Hope this helps
