[Python] upload/download in chunks - python 2.7

  • Hello,

I want to store large files to azure storage in chunks (bytearray in python). The process delivering the file's bytes just gives me these chunks sequentially as they are generated. Storing the file on the local file system is undesired, as they can be very large. So I wonder how to upload files in chunks with the python SDK. Similarly I want to download files in chunks to be able to transfer these large files to another system using the SDK.

I know the SDK is splitting up the files internally for better performance, but I want to do this myself. I found some resources on the internet that were 3 years old, talking about old versions of the API, but I can't figure out how to do it with the current version (I'm using azure 2.0.0rc6 and azure-storage 0.33.0)
