Trading partner gets an HTTP 405 error message when trying to send an EDI 850 document. RRS feed

  • Question

  • Our client has deployed Biztalk 2009 including the AS2 functionality.  The client is only using Biztalk as a communication server.  When a document is received, it is passed through to a directory where another application reads the file and parses the EDI information.

The AS2 functionality is currently working for 1 trading partner.  However, when we try to add a second trading partner, the trading partner receives an HTTP 405 error.

    We have confirmed:

    1. That ALL verbs are allowed with scripting

    2. The trading partner is including the .dll in the url

    3. The second trading partner is setup in the same way as the first trading partner

Does anyone have any other suggestions on the cause OR how we might debug the problem?

Answers

  • Does the second trade partner have a unique identifier? That is not a very common error and it almost sounds like the error is from duplicate informaiton. Have you tried to delete the current trade partner and add the second trade partner? If that works, add the original trade partner. What are the results.
