    Typically, if you didn't introduce any changes that require deploying additional files or add windows registry entries you just need to rebuild the solution (including the setup project). Please read more about the required steps for creating MSI installers in the Deploying a Visual Studio 2010 Tools for Office Solution Using article in MSDN.

    Be aware that Visual Studio 2012 and 2013 doesn't provide templates for creating MSI installers by default. Instead, you can create a Windows Installer file by using InstallShield Limited Edition (ISLE), which is free if you've installed Visual Studio. ISLE replaces the functionality of the project templates for setup and deployment that previous versions of Visual Studio offered.
