    2) Checked the service application association for the web application (OK)

  • Linda,

    I found the issue.
There are 2 jobs associated with logging.

    1) Microsoft SharePoint Foundation Usage Data Import.
    2) Microsoft SharePoint Foundation Usage Data Processing.

In my Case both the timer jobs were disabled for some reason, starting the timer job resolved the issue and we are able to see the details.

And thanks for the Powershell scripts, that would have been my next step.

  • Hi,

According to your post, my understanding is that Usage reports display Zero hits and Zero unique user information.

Per my knowledge, you don't need to check the log "Tenant Logging".

I recommend to run some PowerShell scripts that added receivers to start data showing again.
