    Hi guys,

I'm starting to build a mobile application really soon. Hope someone could point me at the right direction here.

I'm a complete newbie at mobile applications, but i have been building asp.net web applications for over 2 years.

I'm using .NET 2.0 and SQL 2005 development tools.

I dont know where to start with this mobile application. I'm aware of the mobile web controls available just as they are in asp.net.

    Some Questions:

    1. Does mobile application support master pages.

    2. Can css be used?

    3. What is the best simulator out there which i could use for testing.

    4. I have seen some sort of mobile enhencement toolkits available through microsoft. What is this?

Could someone please point me at the right direction here on where to start with this mobiel application.

    Thanks guys.

Why don't you read the documentation on the Microsoft web site?

I would actually like to know the answer to this question. "Does mobile application support master pages" The tools for use with mobile pages are very weak compared to using normal pages scaled down to fit a mobile device.

Nop. It doesn't support master pages.

    Thanks for the post back

It looks like I use normal pages and scale down the master page to fit my app then.
