Unable to submit Support Request to renable Disabled Subscription in New Azure Portal RRS feed

  • Hi, I was not able to submit a Support Request to re-enable my disabled Azure Subscription - Visual Studio Ultimate with MSDN in the Azure Preview Portal. As shown in the screen below, it does not allow me to continue to select the disabled subscription and I was not able to submit the support request.

    In this case, what can I do?

  • Hi,

    If you're not able to create a support, you may try this number - 91-80-40103000 or contact customer care using the contact list and Global Customer Service phone numbers. The customer care will create a support ticket on your behalf and thereafter your query will be addressed by our engineer from billing dept.
