Background streaming in windows phone 8 using RTSP or HLS RRS feed

    Hi 

    I am trying to implement app which will record and AAC (ADTS container) and play background audio streamer which can play RTSP(preferred) or HLS protocol for windows phone 8 .

    I saw following post which mentions windows phone 8 supports RSTP but nowhere I can find in official documentation which mentions RTSP protocol. any sample of official page which describes this can help a lot. 

    Also, I would also like to know option for recording AAC file using ADTS container. default option in windows phone is AAC MP4 format.
