Unsuccessful Backups - Error code: 8004025B RRS feed

  • Hi Forum,

    I've been trying to get a successful backup using Azure on a Server 2012 Essentials on a HP ML110 but it fails everytime with 'An Unknown error occurred. Error Code 8004025B'.

    I've looked at what I believe to be the log folder 'C:\Program Files\Windows Azure Online Backup Agent\Temp' and looking through the .errlog files I can see -

    ‘WARNING Failed: Hr: = [0x80070005] : CreateFile failed’ followed by a few thousand filenames.

    I have completely uninstalled the software and reinstalled along with the latest Update and also installed the Essentials Plug-in but the issue still persists.

    I'd appreciate any help and advice.
