Can not get technical support RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I got a subscription to technical support plan. But when I try to create support ticket, I got message: "We are unable to complete the incident submission process at this time. Please refer to this page for phone numbers to call for Azure support." I've been trying for the last 24h with no result. I tried it on two different computers in three different browsers(IE, Chrome, Firefox). What is the problem?

  • Hi,

    I recommend you try in private browsing. If that doesn't work, you might have to create a billing ticket to check if the technical support plan is enabled.
