CS0016: Could not write to output file

Question

Hi,

We have MOSS 2007 and getting error below:

 

CS0016: Could not write to output file 'c:\WINNT\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files\root\a0f950ac\3f897461\fr-fr\App_GlobalResources.k8ft-2zy.resources.dll' -- 'The directory name is invalid. '

 

 

I really appreciate any help or idea.

Give full access to user Network services,aspnet to following folders

C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile\Local Settings\Temp

C:\WINDOWS\Temp

Problem solved after I granted IIS_IUSRS full control access rights in c:\windows\temp folder
