UWP AppListEntry="none" property RRS feed

  • General discussion

  • Hi everybody, I have created an uwp app that contains 2 projects together. I want make the user who tries to open my app unable to open both of those projects by just clicking them. My app works with sharing system. If one shares a link to my app (example via Microsoft Edge), the app gets started. To make unable to be opened right clicking, I used the property named AppListEntry which is in manifest file, and equalized it to "none". by doing this, I prevent my app from opening by user. All works fine. When I created packages (for 2 projects), I tried to upload. It gave me an error for each package. It says shortly that "you cannot use applistentry = "none". I tried to solve this issue. I have removed applistentry and have made my app close after 5 sec it starts, but now I cannot create package, because it (package producer system) gives error when testing my app to create package (because of closing after sec).

How can I solve my problem?
