"press F12 and check the class for detail box .Make some changes and adjust according to your requirement."

is the possible solution.

or else you can create your own customized tiles using j queries available.

Change the following classes in your CSS file

.ms-promlink-body{width:100%!important;}
.ms-tileview-tile-root{width:125px!important;height:125px!important;}
.ms-tileview-tile-content,.ms-tileview-tile-detailsBox{width:115px!important;height:115px!important;}
.ms-tileview-tile-content img{width:115px!important;height:115px!important;}
