Design HTML5 website using Metro UI on Windows 7

Question
-
Hi,
I want to build a html5 website using JQuery and JS and have windows 7 with me. Are there any tools which can help me build it? Or any libraries which i can use? I don't want to use Windows 8 right now and if i think more, since it's a website it should be agnostic to the OS.
Thanks

Hi,
you could use Visual Studio, Aptana Studio, etc. to build your site. The rest depends on what you want to do. If you want to have a Metro-style like UI one way would be to use Metro JS - http://www.drewgreenwell.com/projects/metrojs
