publish project on iis

when i publish my project on iis folder some of files and folders are not transfered into folder iis why?

Such as? Some files are compiled to DLLs files.

You can also have a look at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/visualstudio/ide/build-actions?view=vs-2019 to see what happens for a given file. Maybe it is set unintentionally to None ?

Because the default setting for project publishing is to include only necessary files, you can modify the configuration if you need all the files.

The detailed operation is as follows.

Publish with default configuration

Change to "all files in this project"
