Non-admin user can't deploy windows service via msdeploy in windows 2012 RRS feed

  • Question

  • I am deploying a windows service on 2012 server using below msdeploy command. While doing so I am getting "ERROR_USER_NOT_AUTHORIZED_FOR_DEPLOYMENTPROVIDER" issue. But for which the user should be non-admin since I have created delegation rule for that user & provided required permissions. Also I have followed few more things suggested in this website( but still getting same issue. Can you please provide fix for this?
