    How about this tool :PHP to ASP.NET Migration Assistant (not online) . Maybe you can convert some general php structures with a tool ,but i think it's hard to convert automatically a full php application into .net since these languages are quite different .

    Hi,

    that's to migrate to ASP.NET 1.x. In 2005 .NET 2.0 came out so you could use it but it'll probably don't give you up to date webforms. If you do try please come back to this thread and share your feedback on it.
