Exchange email not syncing with office365 RRS feed

  • We have migrated our client from Ms Exchange 2003 to Office365. We planned to cutover on next Monday.


    However, we have an issues with synchronization. The email are not being synchronized between the Ms Exchange Server and Office365.


    We noticed the migration job is still running, hence the synchronization is not working.


    Microsoft manually stop the job and the migration worked for a day. But on the following days, the synchronization stop working and any attempt to force migration using PowerShell (by stopping the migration job running) fails.
