  • Hi, are you running system level or device leve of certification?

If the former, please ensure your touch device has been cerified before running the test.

From the description of the error, it seems that your contact on the target is not precise or lines are not straight.

Your test envieronment needs to be concerned as well. (For example, Keep your machine horizontal)

  • I'm running device level tests.

I'm trying to run DigitizerJitter Stationary test. The test is just to place 1 contact on the target 'green square', which is much bigger than my finger. How precise does my contact need to be? Do I have to touch the center of the square?

You mentioned the device has to be horizontal. Does it apply to all touch tests? Does that make a big difference?
