Missing Windows 8, and Server 2012 from MSDN Subscription RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello, MSDN Forums.  I recently purchased an "MSDN Operating Systems" subscription.  Imagine my surprise when I noticed that neither Windows 8, or Server 2012 are in my list of license keys.  Only Windows 7, Vista, and Server 2008 are listed.  Is anyone else experiencing this?

  • That doesn't sound right to me Benjamin.  Can you reach out to our customer service team to see what the story is?  They're available here: http://msdn.microsoft.com/subscriptions/aa948875.aspx.

Did Microsoft call you out of the blue about your computer? No, they didn't.

  • Thanks for your help, Mike.  I called Technical Support as you suggested and got the issue resolved.

When viewed from the Microsoft License Portal -> "Downloads and Keys" only Windows 7, Vista, and Server 2008 are listed.

When viewed from the MSDN portal -> "My Product Keys" all of the appropriate software is listed.

    I appreciate your assistance.
