Hi,
Im start doing a web application which is going to allow users to upload files, if anyone knows of an example in VB I can study to learn how " please let me know" , because I'm new to WCF Services so I don't Know how to do it ..

If you are just looking for material on specifically uploading files in Visual Basic using WCF Services, then you may want to check out the two following projects :

Progress Indicator for Uploading in WCF - This has examples using the code necessary to upload, download and apply a progress bar using WCF (code is available in VB and C#)
Upload a File using an ASP.NET File Upload and WCF - This walkthrough covers an examples similar to above and is a bit more step-by-step, however the example code provided is in C#.
Upload Files using WCF REST Services - Another example project that covers the entire process of uploading files with WCF, however it like most tutorials is in C#.
