Panorama scroll to next or previous item RRS feed

  • Hi all,

    i want to scroll to next or previous item in a Panorama page when I click a button.

    When I simply set a default item i've not the scroll effect.

    Any suggestions?

    You can make use of the DefaultItem Property to achieve this.

    panoramaRoot.DefaultItem = (PanoramaItem)panoramaRoot.Items[1];

    I think the Transition feel will be missing by doing so,

    But you can achieve the transition by using Phone.Controls.Toolkit library.

  • You can't. Panorama isn't designed to be set from back end except for setting the default item. You can however write your own animation which is going to be very complex. Think of redesigning your UI
