Is it possible to change a style during run-time to change the appearance of an element? RRS feed

  • Question

  • Is it possible to change a style during run-time to change the appearance of an element? -- that is to say, without going code-side?  I have a button array that I'd like to allow the user to change the appearance of.  The idea is that they could cycle through the styles stored in the RD.  However, I cannot find any examples of this being done purely on the XAML side.  It looks to all have code related to it.

  • I don't know of any way to do this without at least some code.

  • What kind of technology is project: WPF or Silverlight?

In generell, if you need to perform a task without coding, the best way to achieve this is using behaviors. Even what you want to do can be achieved using behaviors. But I am not sure whether a behavior already exists, that fits your needs. So, the first step to check this is to let us know if you need it for Silverlight or WPF.
