Blue screen when running Works With Tool RRS feed

    I'm currently trying to run the Works With Tool in order to test our app for Platform Tests for ISV compentancy. Unfortunately, the tool keeps blue screening at about ten minutes into the first system scan.

    The blue screen is reported as a System_Service_Exception.

    I am running Windows Server 2008 R2 64 bit on a virtual running on Sun Virtual Box on a Windows 2003 64 server. The server has 12gb and the virtual has been given 4gb. The application that I am trying to test is a ASPX web app running in IIS.

    I would be grateful for any help as this is driving me nuts.
